B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science
The B.Sc. (H) Computer Science curriculum offers to develop theoretical foundations in computer science to build computational thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The program prepares the students for higher studies in Computer Science and its applications. The course aims to produce skilled graduates with a creative mindset who can recognize a computational problem either in IT industry or society and develop effective solutions. In addition, the students develop expertise in programming skills using contemporary programming languages used by the software industry. It covers core computer science topics like computer systems architecture, data structures, computer networks, operating systems, computer graphics, algorithms, software engineering, database management, theory of computation, artificial intelligence, and information security.
